I am driven by the joy of supporting other people in their personal development and seeing them grow (both professionally and privately). With over 15 years of management experience in the automotive industry and in-depth training and coaching expertise, I provide practical and humorous support to executives and teams in their further development. My training courses not only impart classic leadership know-how, but also create a safe space for personal growth and convey a great deal of know-why (e.g., neurological and psychological background).

My focus areas: Executive development, strength orientation, seminars on topics such as self-leadership, employee leadership, successful teams, communication, leadership & AI, and mental fitness.

Whether in German or English, in person, digitally, or hybrid—my formats impart know-how and know-why for more leading with joy.

With over 30 years of management experience at the executive and board level (CFO/CHRO) in Germany and abroad, I support people and organizations through change, development, and growth. I have also been working as an executive coach for more than 15 years, supporting executives – from junior managers to board members – in their personal and career development. As a sparring partner, I accompany transformation and restructuring processes as well as individual professional challenges on an equal footing and with foresight.

My focus areas: Executive development, change processes, organizational development, sales training, seminars in the areas of resilience, stress management, mental health, and healthy leadership.

Whether in German or English, in person, digitally, or in a hybrid format, my programs are practical, tailor-made, and always delivered with heart, intellect, and humor.

With more than 18 years of leadership experience, I have been helping companies, executives, teams, and individuals for 15 years to free themselves from unnecessary baggage and bring clarity to their processes, decisions, and collaboration—whether in strategy, leadership, or team dynamics. Every challenge is unique, and so should be the solution. As a trained tour guide and hiking guide, I like to use the space provided by nature for this purpose, because a change of scenery promotes mental change.

My focus: Reducing ballast and increasing effectiveness in communication, leadership, and processes (“cut the crap”), expanding opportunities and solutions, confident presentation, successful communication, moderation/facilitation

Whether in person, indoors or outdoors, or online, I create a space where people, thoughts, and processes can move forward—in a humorous, playful, trusting, pragmatic, and sustainable way.
