Individual Coaching

Coaching is a process-oriented approach that aims to support individuals in achieving their goals and personal development. The coach's role is to facilitate this development through active listening, effective questioning and providing a safe space for personal transformation.

I completed my coach training at the renowned Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) at the end of 2023. Additionally, I also qualified as a Positive Intelligence® Coach.

High Impact Program "Mental Fitness"

In addition to individual coaching, I offer a program for small groups specifically on the topic of "mental fitness". This 7-week high impact program is perfect for leaders who
